Terms & Conditions — cacino Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between cacino ("cacino", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the cacino platform available at cacino.biz ("the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

This Agreement governs all services offered by cacino, including but not limited to sports betting, live betting, online casino table games, live dealer games, slot titles, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes associated with the foregoing. These terms apply to all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and any other permitted jurisdiction.

If you are accessing cacino on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. In all cases, the individual accessing the Platform is personally responsible for compliance with these terms and with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

To register and maintain an account on cacino, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate or legal entity for wagering purposes.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a cacino employee or partner who is directly involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by cacino for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

cacino reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during a player's relationship with the Platform. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information — including falsifying date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on cacino at any time. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cacino reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending bets, bonus credits, or withdrawal requests linked to those accounts.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, a secure password, and accurate personal details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cacino will never request your password via email, telephone, or live chat. You must notify cacino immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

cacino may, at its sole discretion, require enhanced identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC documentation may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill confirming your registered address. All documents are handled in accordance with cacino's Privacy Policy.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their account details — including registered mobile number and payment method information — remain up to date. cacino accepts no liability for failed transactions arising from outdated or incorrect account information supplied by the player.

All financial transactions on cacino — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cacino supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at cacino's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your cacino account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your chosen payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. cacino does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in the player's own name. cacino reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing windows are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Minimum ৳200; standard processing within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Minimum ৳1,000; standard processing within 1–3 business days.

cacino reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that involve accounts with limited betting history, or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse. In such cases, processing times may be extended pending investigation.

Deposits and withdrawals made with the intention of circumventing bonus restrictions, exploiting payment processing errors, or laundering funds are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

cacino may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered through eligible games before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are listed in the promotion-specific terms. Games excluded entirely from wagering contribution will be identified explicitly. Playing an excluded game while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.

Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits carry an expiry period from the date of issuance. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at expiry will be removed from the player's account without notice and without compensation.

cacino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, bet hedging, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will have their bonus credits voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

All bets placed on cacino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between market-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the market-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that specific wager.

Bet Acceptance: cacino reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. All bets are accepted subject to sufficient account balance at the time of placement. Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at cacino's discretion.

Odds and Payouts: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that will be applied to calculate your payout. cacino does not guarantee that odds displayed at the time you begin the bet placement process will remain unchanged by the time the bet is submitted.

Voided Bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, event postponement beyond the stated settlement window, technical errors during bet placement, or evidence of match fixing or corruption affecting the relevant event. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake to the player's account balance.

Live Betting: In-play betting markets are governed by the same rules as pre-match markets except where specifically noted. cacino reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Any bets placed during a period of suspended markets may be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cacino and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, or betting on events in which you have insider knowledge or direct influence over the outcome.
• Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cacino staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers or distort betting markets.

cacino employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited activity is confirmed or reasonably suspected, cacino may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or close the account, void all open and settled bets linked to the activity, withhold or forfeit the account balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

All content available on the cacino Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, database compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of cacino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of cacino.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to cacino for display on the Platform. No rights in such content are transferred to the player by virtue of accessing or playing those games.

The cacino Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cacino makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

cacino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: server downtime or technical interruptions; errors in odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected; delays in payment processing; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security; or changes to the Platform's features or availability.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental damages is not permitted, cacino's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit cacino's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by cacino's negligence.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that all wagering decisions are made at your sole discretion and at your own risk. cacino accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform.

cacino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; a player's own self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools; or cacino's decision to cease offering services in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms & Conditions or confirmed fraudulent activity, cacino reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawal amounts and bonus credits.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player breach — for example, cacino's withdrawal from a specific market — any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits and uncleared wagers) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting cacino support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. cacino collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data collected by cacino includes registration information, transaction records, device and session data, and identity verification documents. This data is used to operate the Platform, process payments, verify player identity, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the cacino service. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

All data transmissions between your device and the cacino Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. For full details of how your personal data is handled, stored, and your rights in relation to that data, please review the Privacy Policy.

cacino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cacino will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are particularly significant, cacino may also notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the cacino Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of cacino. cacino recommends bookmarking this page and checking it before each session if you have reason to believe terms may have been recently updated.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the cacino Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cacino operates as an online platform targeting the Bangladesh market and applies its terms in the context of that market.

In the event of any dispute between you and cacino arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting cacino support at [email protected]. cacino will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, any applicable promotion-specific terms, and game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and cacino with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
